Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Originally an office building, the goal was to create unit layouts and a design for the public areas that resonated with travels expecting the size and convenience of comparable properties in other downtown core properties. The units were appropriately more compact than the other rental projects in Atlanta and supported an ideology that guests would be staying for a shorter period of time. For that reason, we had made a point to elevate the proposed design for the public spaces so that it would feel hospitality-like to hero the importance of human connection and comfort. The design itself is a contemporary minimalism and showcases a clean-lined, polished appearance and is juxtaposed by the older, heritage structure that it exists within.
